I am leading and managing a team of designers and other creative professionals, leading the conceptualization and development of marketing campaigns, special collaborations, and brand projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Providing creative direction for photo shoots, video productions, and other visual content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Overseeing the design and development of online strategies, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media advertising.

I was part of the company two times: as a Visual design lead and the second time, as a Brand Design Manager.
In both roles I was playing a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of creative projects, leading a team of designers and videographers to produce compelling and engaging content across various platforms. I was responsible for conceptualising and executing creative strategies aligned with the brand vision and objectives.
One of my best experiences was the complete rebranding of C&A (new image, logo, color palette, stores, website) and the creation of all new Brand Guidelines. A new image taking the values ​​of a century-old brand and adapting it to new times and values.

After all my experiences in big companies, I worked as a freelance and external collaborator and advisor in creative projects.
I was working as a multi-disciplinary maker of useful, curious and beautiful things. It was a very nice experience to work for old friends and clients from my years in Shanghai, but also for different brands of Spain, for companies like ZARA, ESPRIT or C&A, for agencies, festivals, sports events and collaborations for institutions like the FIM (International Federation of Motorcycling and many more).

— Visual design lead for all interactive projects of Fashion Website of El Corte Inglés.
UX|UI Art Direction
In El Corte Inglés I was the Design Lead for the fashion digital projects.
In this position I was part (with the Creative Design team) of the definition and execution of all interactive projects of Fashion Website of El Corte Inglés.
The main structure in the HQ in Madrid was like a internal creative studio in which we created the campaigns, concepts, shoots, designs, videos and all the materials need it for all the different digital channels and been one of the key contributor and guardian of the Brand image, contained in the guidelines.

ZARA, INDITEX

In 2000 I started my work for ZARA, in MAN dept. as a Creative Designer mainly for product, packaging and labelling, rapidly I moved towards another positions inside the department as a Creative Senior Lead providing the Design Direction for the Global Campaign Design of the company (campaigns, stores and E-Com).
I was participating in the development campaign concepts and photo/video productions aligning with ZARA MAN brand direction, working closely with the Creative Leads of the different departements to create the campaigns. And with all the stakeholders from the product, strategy and digital teams to bring this concepts and ideas to life across different channels.
I was ensuring that all designs adhere to corporate identity standards.
